Our year-round student residence is within easy reach of the school. Withing your student apartment you will have your own private en-suite bathroom with access to well-equiped shared kitchen facilities and communal areas including study spaces, a 24 hour residents gym, outdoor basketball court, games rooms and spacious lounge areas with Sky TV.

・Located within walking distance from the University of Manchester and a short bus journey from Manchester’s city centre.
・Your en-suite bedroom includes a desk and storage spaces for your clothes. Within each apartment you will also have access to a shared kitchen. A bed linen pack is provided. Students are responsible for washing their own linen. Towels are not provided.
・Self-catering accommodation: no meals provided, ful useof kitchen facilities. Kitchens are moderns and equipped with cookers, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen and dining are are shared with other 3 students.
・There are communal laundry facilities onsite. Use of these facilties is subject to charge and students must provide their own washing powders.
・A free weekly clean of communal areas is provided.
・Residents have access to a spacious lounge area with Sky TV, a pool table and gaming zone, a well-equipped gym and study areas.
・24 hour CCTV security and concierge

・Credit card details taken before or on arrival. Alternatively a £150 cash deposit can be paid on arrival.
